This 3 storied residence is located in Clyde Hill, having a buildtup area of 9116.14 sq.ft. A modern style house has been designed for the client with 5 bedrooms, decks and patios over looking the lawn area and lap pool.
The Double height entry space with semi circular stairs on the one side and the piano on the other renders the grandeur of the residence. Spacious dark theme bar design provides exemplary background to the double height entry space. As you climbed up on the main floor, the living room becomes the seamless thread in-between the spacious kitchen and dining. The Apex of this residence is the star glazing room which is positioned above the master bedroom.
